365 Drinks: #23 Rubin Rose (Serbia)

At least the camping was fun

Our last day in Serbia. After days of worrying, we were finally able to continue our trip! Jagger got a new motor, the weather looked fine and we were ready to move on. So we packed our stuff and made our way west towards Tara national park to find a camp spot. Not to forget my drink of the day, we stopped at a little neighbourhood shop on the way. And due to a small selection, I got a mini bottle of cheap rosé (or in this case, rose). A mistake. And also makes me believe that the Rubin winery is absolute shit.

Looking like your usual Rose, light pink. But with a smell that reminded me of the bottle of blueberry wine I had in Belgrade. It had a chemically sour taste and was not too sweet but slightly bitter, which is not really what I expect from a usual rosé wine. After half of the bottle I decided to get rid of the rest, life is just too short to drink bad wine.
