After this shot was taken we promptly spilled the glass all over the white bedsheets… whoops 🙁
On one of our usual stops at a convenience store I found out that Myanmar produces wine as well. Of course I had to buy the bottle of Paris Gold Red Wine. It had 10 percent alcohol, a metal bottle cap (the one’s you have on beer bottles), a label that said “Paris Champagne” and the the whole bottle cost about $0.50. Means it was super cheap and just looked horrible. I was excited. It had a red brownish jam like colour and a very sweet and slightly sour grape like smell. The taste was very sweet with a weird medicine like flavor to it. It was also quite thick which made it even more similar to cough sirup. An absolute horrible wine, just as expected.
