Today we went to a craft beer bar around the corner from where we were staying called Uncle Henry’s Deli. They sold loads of different beer on tap, and meat. The hams looked amazing but I decided to go for a Buddy Black IPA brewed by Claremont Craft Ales. The beer was dark and cloudy, and had a nice looking white foamy head. It smelled like roasted malt with a caramel-like sweetness but also the fruity aroma of an IPA. The taste had the maltyness of a stout mixed with the fruity flavors of an IPA. A very interesting beer packed with flavors, 9 percent alcohol, and brewed nearby. Awesome.
