Drinking local is da best
Today we visited the neighbourhood brewery near Semi’s parents house. It was a rather new brewery with a small tap room where we were able to try their beers. One especially catched my eye, the Baffin Brewing Bob Barley Imperial Coffee Stout. The heavy 9 percent black cloudy stout had almost no head and smelled like old coffee leftovers. It had a bit of a creamy consistency and a really nice coffee flavour to it. Easy to drink and not too bitter in the finish made it quite a good drink.
