Today was rather boring. We did head south towards the Armenian-Iranian border. We drove through the Ararat mountains and had to stop more than once because sheep or cows blocked our way. But after a five-hour drive we arrived at our destination. Gorsi, a small pass-through city “in between”. The city has not much to offer. We walked around and couldn’t find a bar and there was only one restaurant that blasted out Cherry Lady from Modern Talking (the Germans out there know what I’m talking about). So there was not much of an option besides visiting one of the few open shops and get a beer.
I got me a Kilikia Lager. The beer has a clear yellow color and a sweet hoppy smell. It is not really foamy but quite easy to drink, probably also because it only has 4.8%. The taste itself was sweet hoppy with a hint of barley and a slight metallic taste in it. It is an not an awesome beer but much better than the drinks I had the previous days.
